Sushi or not sushi?
A lot of places in Copenhagen and in Denmark, people can buy amazing sushi. Sometimes, like once a year, I also make at home just for fun. But to make good sushi, you need to be expert, as just the ingredients will not solve the topic. So here what I share is just for fun. The picture is from the Pinterest. Of course, in Denmark, most of the shops have basic tools to make sushi, and you can always try sushi with salmon or cucumber. They are kind of basic ones.
