Asian Sweets and Chips in Denmark

Image
This picture is mine, I took it. @Melinda Erika Dothan So a few weeks ago, we visited a cool Asian shop in Sweden, where we tried out around 20 different products. Then we were looking for them in Denmark and on Amazon. We found a few of them, and new products as well.  My first favourite is the blue chips, it is so refreshing! I love all these products! Usually, it is written Extremely hot, still, in the Summers in Hungary, we eat much, much spicier... So for me, they are very good.  Where can you buy these things in Denmark? Normal and Den Kinesiske Købmand.

Done! 2. recipe - Pumpkin soup 輕鬆學烹飪 Easy-to-learn cooking I was enrolled in this course on 03-05-2026. It was a free course that day. It is a very important point! Why? I ate my first very interesting pumpkin soup in Hungary, in the Tokaj wine region, in Tolcsva, in a French restaurant called Restaurant Ős Kaján. It was in the autumn of 2008, and the chef was from France.  It was the time when I saw the movie for the first time  Title: Howl's Moving Castle - Official Trailer YouTube: https://youtu.be/iwROgK94zcM?si=JxxXrsxS041VeehA That was the point, when in my head, France, Hungary, Asia, and cooking were connected. In this recipe, flour is used to make it more concentrated. I usually prefer to add a few potatoes instead of the flour. Nah, here I would like to mention the different types of mushrooms used in Asian cooking. In this video, the champion maschroom was used, but a lot of different mushrooms are available in Scandinavia. It is very important to bu...

I made one of the dishes from a cooking course. I made it Scandinavian Asian. 輕鬆學烹飪 Easy-to-learn cooking I was enrolled in this course on 03-05-2026. It was a free course that day. I made a new version of the mapo tofu. Pictures are taken by me, Melinda Erika Dothan. I made the food as well.  I purchased the products, like ingredients and tools, from several places, some of which are more than 22 years old, like my Swiss knife and pot, which I got from my grandmother. Some are from my kids' father, and some are from IKEA.  The foods are from Netto, Føtex, Lidl, Den Kinesiske Købmand Lyngby, and IKEA. The wooden spoon is from Københavns Museum, the gift shop. It was very delicious! Some warnings! First of all, I have been trained since childhood to eat spicy foods. So if you are a beginner, do not use so much chilli, like me! I grew up in Hungary, where we eat the chicken soup much spicier than this chilli can do.  My parents and my grandparents regularly ate very s...
