First of all, I have a Food and Agriculture Engineer Degree, specialized in Wine. I worked through around 9-10 harvests in Hungary, South Africa, and New Zealand. I tried out a minimum of 6-700 wines.
I also finished as a Distillery Technician in 2009.
During my first university education (2004-2008), I had an extra subject: Tea, Coffee, and Cacao. This also involved tasting.
I have run my wine blog for several years, which also has a lot of wine and food pairing.
I was in the top 3 on Vivino in 2014-2015 in the Hungarian ranks.
During this period, I also took the WSET course in Budapest, at Divino Bazilika.
I also worked for two years as a wine expert in Denmark.
So, I have some knowledge about how challenging it is to make pairings and tastings.
In the video, she makes very demanding tasks. They are demanding psychologically, mentally, and physically as well.
Plus, after a long tasting, it is very important to take care of the body, proper eating, and workout. Anyway, it can cause an imbalance in the weight.
