Chinese language
When I was around 10 years old, in my primary school, we had a presentation about China and the Chinese language. We also had a chance to write a few letters.

At the university time in Budapest in the early 2000s, we used to go to one of our favorite Chinese restaurants to eat fried rice for lunch :)
In Budapest, there is also a big Chinatown, where you can try out a lot of Chinese meals.
Would it be great to have a Chinatown in Copenhagen or in Storkøbenhavn?
On my first visit to New Zealand, I also waited 9-11 hours in Taipei at the airport.
On my second trip to New Zealand, I also waited a few hours in Hong Kong at the airport.
When did Hong Kong become part of China again?
On 1 July 1997, Hong Kong became a Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and the Basic Law came into effect. - Source: https://www.gov.hk/en/about/abouthk/facts.htm
Yesterday, I started a new course on UDEMY: College Mandarin Chinese on Your Own Beginning Level
I think this course is quite nice for beginners.
"The official dialect of China is Mandarin, also call “Putonghua”. More than 70% of the Chinese population speaks Mandarin, but there are also several other major dialects in use in China: Yue (Cantonese), Xiang (Hunanese), Min dialect, Gan dialect, Wu dialect, and Kejia or Hakka dialect."

Here I will share a few posts about how to start to learn the Chinese language.
