I even discussed my fears about this tendency that I experience in the book. The answer was, that is quite common, when an autobiography is written, the author several times highlights things that happened to themselves as well. It makes sense, as I do the same.  So for example, when I studied Psychology around 2010 at the University of Debrecen, it was told to us, in some cases you only need one sentence from a book. This one sentence can be different for everybody. So I would say, this book is good, and I am sure that there are people who fully resonate with the authors.
