In the gymnasium, my friend, who had been sitting next to me for 4 years, had a half-sister who had moved to Canada with her mother very early. She lived on the French side of Canada on the East coast.
We had an exchange student from Canada for 3 months, Sarah, who later became an assistant to the vet, who is a doctor for animals. She was from the western part of Canada.
We also had a family friend who moved to Canada during the time of the Soviet Union. He also settled down there and started a new family with his wife, and they have two kids. They were from Derecske.
They lived in Alberta.
It is a very well-organized system for Japanese people. There are companies, small and big, owned by Japanese people; they hire Japanese people for accounting and similar jobs. There is a website where a big list of contact awailable.
There are also courses about integration, taxation, why to choose Canada, and similar.
Timothy Ferriss' book was an inspiration for the instructor
