New course: 日本酒がさらに美味しくなるペアリング入門講座

I was enrolled today, on 03-05-2026. It is a free course today.

I started to be interested as a child in Asian culture.

In some of my blogs, you can read about it.

Today, I wanted to purchase okara, which is a leftover of the tofu-making process, to make a Japanese meat-based food.

It was pretty challenging in Denmark, also on the German Amazon. On the US Amazon, it is easy.
