Hunting in Asia
In 2024, I studied through the Danish hunting education program at CBS and the Executive Hunting program. Our teacher was a hunter who had 20-30 years of experience in Denmark and in international hunting as well. He originally finished as a lawyer and specialized in IT solutions in his career.
After this program, I also took a few more programs at the Danish Hunting Union.
But was it before?
In 2014, I studied Archery in Debrecen, Hungary.
From 2015 to 2016, I was a member of one of the archery clubs in Denmark.
What are the challenges for a new person in the hunting business?
A lot of people miscalculate what type of bullet they need. So they use too strong, then they destroy the animal...
Some people are afraid of the view of blood and the injured animal.
How was it for me?
I worked last year for a short while in a slagteri in Denmark. Slagteri means butchery.
As a child, I grew up in a household where we had 100-200 animals every year, so every week, there was some animal to be ended on the lunch or dinner table... That means that before they had to be executed... this was such a normal thing, so when I was playing, for example, in the sandbox with my toys, I saw how to cut down chickens, rabbits, and other animals... I also saw bigger animals, when they were prepared for sausage and similar stuff... Why? As in my big family, we had official butchers as well... who worked on the old traditional ways in the 1990s...
