This is a really good book with a lot of good recipes that can be done in 30-40 minutes. 


When did I try out for real Ramen first time? I had eaten several different Asian meals before, but I tried Ramen a few years ago in Copenhagen, Denmark, at the KU Law faculty. There was a short period when, for lunch, a small business came with a certain amount of Ramen to the kantine, and if you were lucky, you could try it. It was really good.

Why was it easy for me to accept the Ramen so fast?
As in Hungary, we have one soup that is similar to Ramen. It is called Húsleves, cérnametélt tésztával. It is a chicken soup with a type of pasta that is a bit similar to the noodles.

 I made one of the dishes from a cooking course. I made it Scandinavian Asian. 輕鬆學烹飪 Easy-to-learn cooking I was enrolled in this course on 03-05-2026. It was a free course that day.
