輕鬆學烹飪 Easy-to-learn cooking

I was enrolled in this course on 03-05-2026. It was a free course that day.

Is your kitchen ready for cooking?

Depends on what you would like to cook. In this course, the instructor teaches easy-to-make recipes. I would like to do the things that she does in the video. So for me, it will be a good idea to think through my kitchen tools.

I have a lot of kitchen tools, and I cook regularly. Still, I do not have every tool, as I can see in the videos.

Now, I started to improvise and look for inspiration on Pinterest.

Why can't I stop studying Asian cooking?
- My mother's mother was a food chef for decades in a nursery in Derecske, Hungary. I also went to that nursery, and several times I hid in the kitchen from the kids and teachers... I looked for protection and a place to chill, as I did not have friends in the nursery, as girls found out that I am more popular among boys than they ever could be... so I was always a victim of the hateful, jealous attacks from girls... and the boys were also punished, if they dared to play with me. Those girls were super mean...

This conflict still exists... a lot of female people are jealous and hateful... and they also punish everybody who dares to talk to me... when I was working for two years as a wine expert in Denmark, I also had to face a lot of hateful behaviour, very ugly behaviours... and it looked like it was allowed for those people to do like this... I am just wondering, how unbalanced is the Danish society...

So cooking is healing from traumas.

- There is a type of pasta in Hungary that was one of my favourites as a child. It is called cernametelt; it is the Hungarian name for it. This way of soup is very similar to ramen.
