Today extra: Basket update. My family had a lot of baskets like this. My mother, my grandmother, my grandfather, my great-grandmother, my great-grandfather, we used to have as kids... So yesterday, I got my adult one. And I made some update, the inner textil. I made the textil inside, plus I took the pictures.

I like chicken and I like seafoods, but I do not mix them. It just does not work for me.
Plus, I love to see the garlic on the oil in the pan, and enjoy the amazing smells. In the microwave the onion and the garlic cook well, but differently.
This is more like my father's style, when he like to put all the ingredients together and cook them in the same time. Anyway, my father has also good recipes like this.
It looks great! It must taste good! So it was a good recipe.

It looks great! Very good recipe.
I never really tried to use plastic folia in microwave. I think my sister, and my grandmother tried this technique... I prefered to put a ceramic plate over it...
I love chestnuts! It is very hard for me to stop myself not too eat more... But I always remember, too much is poisonous....
She used the good amount. It must taste amazing!
I never tried the bitter melon.
When I was a kid, I used to eat all the kind of fruits and vegetables in pickled version, like green walnut, baby corn, baby melon pickled version and similar...
Still in Hungary, it i very common to have all the kind of cabbages and mini spicy paprikas stuffed with cabbage and then they are fermented.... Amazing!
Last time, I was in Hungary, I ate like 2 kg of cabbage like this!

I found a shop in Denmark, where it is possible to buy bitter melon:
It is a good shop.
I never tried the Myoga (Zingiber mioga).
First, I thought it was Schalotte onion.
The final food looks good, probably tastes amazing.
