I used to use MS Office tools, then some easy solution like Odd writer and Odd sheats...

Then Google had several free solutions...

And on Mac, I use the Numbers...


In the course, you can learn about how much it costs for a year to use this service. The instructor show the website, and how to start to use it.


There are several prepared templates, that ar more like forms, so you can start to write the data of the company, you make for example accounting for.


There are built in formulas, that can automatically calculate the yearly taxes, after entering the income and similar information.


You can also change the taxations rates. Why is it important?


In Japan, the foreigner, who do not have permanent residentship, they pay different amount of taxes.

Or if someone has lower income, than it can be only 10% to pay as a tax.


It has functions like download in pdf. The instructor showed the finally pdf. It was a well organized form view, very useful. So the pdf does not look like a print version of the website, but it looks like a proper document.


You can also create invoices.


The services also include digital signature. It is called Cloud Sign, this service is free.

A lot of small businesses use this part, as it save them a lot of extra work, like no need to send by fax, ort keep the original document, no extra scanning and creating pdf version. 


You can choose among different pricing, if you pay monthly, yearly and more.... Actually in the video it is three options: Light, Corporate and Enterprise.


You can also send 5 messages every month. It also means like signiatures.

The instructor recommends to keep the free option, as herself as a freelancer, she doesn't use more than 5 times the signature monthly.

So if you have a small company, or you are a freelancer, and you do not need to sign official documents more than 5 times monthly, than use the free version of the program.


The online contract has a ready text part, but  it also have extra text boxes, where you can write more.
