About Denmark:
I have millions of education, in the first year, when I still believed in this office consultation, I had to listen, that one of my Engineering education is similar to when Russian Mining Engineers want to get a job in Denmark.
So practically, bot me and the mining Engineers were treated like a sh*t...
About my Engineering education:
It is halfway of a PhD in Denmark, as it is ISCED 7-8 level degree.
Plus I had 10 harvest experience from Hungary, New Zealand and South Africa...
That diploma has a lot of transferable knowledge, I could cover 3-5 diplomas in Denmark...
The Education Ministry took several months to make a very low quality assessment about my first diploma.
After the second request, as I have several diplomas, they just simply blocked me down. So it is impossible to ask them to make new assessments about new diplomas....
I was member of IDA, Djøf, these are working unions... I had a lot of diverse experience with them...
About Mining Engineer:
It was very offensive for me, as my mother's mother had several brothers, and one was part of the Mining Business, he spent several decades working in this field...
So practically, I and all the Mining Engineers were derogated...
Just for a joke: Denmark does not deserve any Disney!!!

Ranking in Denmark who usually get hired:
1. So of course, Danes are the first...
2. Then those, who married with Danes...
3. Then all the Scandinavians....
4. Then the favourite Summer vacation people come from: Spain, Italy and similar...
5. Then the potential marriage source countries: several Asian countries...
6. Then the war zone people....
7. Then the some kind of very disable country people, but very popular in Denmark.... it can be religious reasons...
8. Then the Business countries come: India, China...
9. Then the European countries, but not so much popular in Denmark...
So I was somewhere on the bottom :D
The issue, that waiting time does not matter, as there will be always more disabled people in front of you...
So let's see a calculation:
Someone on the top waits 6-8 months after graduation and gets hired...
Someone on the middle waits around 1-2 years and gets hired...
Me in the meantime, I had to listen to that there are always more and more people in the middle, who must get hired...
During the 11 years people who had much less education and experience, they could progress, me, I was on waiting list all the time...
Bull(y)shit!
Plus, I had to do several years of volunteer jobs, when I had to work for free!!!!!
And my ideas were used, and the credit was given to others....
Bull(y)shit!
Sentence from the video:
"To prove that only foreigners can do the job, we have to post a job advertisement for more than a month."
Reflection:
This will never happen in Denmark!
They will give the credit to the locals for your hard work...
I tried out a lot of field to build a new profile for myself... every time the same shit!
More and more people stole my hard work, and then they were shouting on me, get out!
Bravo!!!!
The only one situation, when I was shouting "get out" to anybody in my entire carrier was:
2012 Spring Creek Winery, I was the night shift wine laboratory manager.
I had to make hundreds of tests alone whole night!
It was super demanding job, and I had to work with very dangerous acids as well.
People, in the night shift felt cold, and the resting room was not finished, and they thought, they can use The laboratory, as a warm up place.... I let them to warm up, but night after night, they got more relaxed, and it started to be very dangerous, when I was preparing the acid based reagents...
So it was danger for me and for them as well..
But they did not give ashit, as I was the Engineer, most of them did not have any Chemistry related education...
So people gossip, and they think, they can do anything without any consequences....
Plus, they were human beings...
Nah soon a very big shit accident happened, one of the French guy got acid skin accident...
It happened, not in my shift!
It happened when I was not in the laboratory, and this guy made the shit for himself, by not wearing protective shoes... although it was obligatory... and everybody had, as it was provided by the company... so he went against the company and safety rules...
He originally was an IT Engineer with one year work experience in a hospital working as an entry level healthcare worker, as his mother was a nurse in the same hospital...
So Economical crisis and personal connection can lead the people to new professions, ioother, than their educational background.
Then they got false confides... and make big shit!
When you come to Denmark, a lot of times, similar things can happen, as people work in fields, that they have no experience or education...
What is the extra here?
Every time, when I got to a new field, I spent a lot of money and time to get education on the field, so I would not make mistakes.
That was a big mistake! As a lot of jobs are done without education in Denmark... So they hate people, who has education on their fields... so they will shout enough time "get out" until you never return....
I also tried in Food industry, as I have qualification to be called as a Food Engineer, but they did not like HACCP and LEAN and similar things... I grew up with butcher around me, I saw every week, how to cut down animals, how to prepare them... and more... I had very strict ideas... but it was also not important in Denmark... it was a huge disadvantages...
Again in Denmark the hiring does not based on education, it is based on personal connection, plus how much money the municipality can pay after you, so they can have you for free...
It is very important in Denmark... to get you for free....
It is not called slavery, it is called volunteering and municipality founded....
Point system in Canada:
In Canada, you get points, extra points, when you work in certain positions before... and it helps you to get easier through the application system.
Denmark:
Nobody asked you to come to Denmark.
Why are you here?
Who are you?
Go home...
And similar personal insults would follow...
Where and when?
When you try to work... or apply for jobs...
I also met a lot of people with refugee status in Denmark, and a lot left Denmark very fast, a lot for Canada...
Plus, in Denmark, every ciclus, they make the situation harder and harder for people, who would like to get anything in Denmark....
As I mentioned before, people, who were born in Denmark, have Danish passport, but their parents maybe were born in another country.. they also face huge questioning... like if they are enough Danish people...
WHAT? Yes...
So Danish companies need highly qualified people, but the system does not let them to hire properly...
It is worse, than a loop!
It is some kind of "onsors ronto atok" = "self-destructive curse or jinx"
What to say... the local witches also probably missed a few education...

When you apply for jobs, there is no place to write that you have permanent presidentship. Only, if you need help to get it... but it does not mean for everybody, that they can have it...
What do they ask?
If you are allowed to work in Denmark...
All the 27 countries of the EU are allowed to send people to work in Denmark...
Most of the Danish people, do not know those countries...
For them the EU is Denmark, Germany, Italy, Spain, France...
not more...
So I checked in the last 11 years the hiring websites and managers...
They do not know basic things...
And the first round of HR jobs are outsourced to India or Poland...
Sorry, I worked in Poland for Indian companies... Quality management is not there strong side...
So get ready to marry a local... if you are ion Denmark.. or have a very horror life story, so they can feel sorry about you...
Self-employed:
Canada:
The self-employed migration process takes much longer time...
Denmark:
For some people, that is the only way... as they would be never hired...
Why is it like this in Denmark?
As in the 1970 to get a passport was super easy...
Then those people, who managed to grow in Denmark, they did not want any foreigner anymore... so in the late 2010, the new area started, when every time it is harder and harder to get passport in Denmark..
Some people heroically happy and proud, that now, it is shit hell hard to get a passport in Denmark...

What more?
Language exams:
Local Danish people do not know what is their own Danish language system!
PD3 is equal with the international B2 level...
But most of the Danish people do not have any foreign language exam, so they do not know, what it means to pass a language exam...and they do not understand the Danish language education for foreigners...
