Back to the course:

Express Entry system for people with extensive work experience who are applying for permanent residency in Canada.

I moved to Denmark in 2015, in the first 5 years HR and Hiring managers were terrorizing me by I would probably leave Denmark, so they do not give me a job.

In the job centers, I was in the back of the list, as  was from Hungary, in that time, a lot of people just hated Hungary, even Hungarians. They also hated me, as I was white. They also hated me, as I had education. They also hated me, as I lived in so many countries. They also hated me, as I had understanding of so many religions.

Who succeeded?

- people with no education

- people who were ready to get married with locals

- people who came from war zone

What is Express Entry in Canada?

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry.html

From the instructor:

"You must meet the requirements in one of the 23 categories before you can apply through Express Entry."

Opposite of Denmark!

In Denmark, people who were born in Denmark, have Danish passport, still they are questioned, how much Danish they are!!!!

They still face talks, and terror, that they are not enough Danish...

From the instructor:

"And finally, 3. Federal Skills and Trade: Designated trade jobs, both within and outside Canada, are for people who have a specific skill or trade."

Google AI:

The Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) is a key immigration pathway managed under Canada's Express Entry system. [1, 2, 3]

Core Eligibility Criteria

  • Language Skills: Meet minimum Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) targets. You need CLB 5 for speaking/listening and CLB 4 for reading/writing.
  • Work Experience: Hold two years of full-time work experience in a skilled trade within the last five years.
  • Job Offer or Certification: Possess a full-time job offer for at least one year OR a certificate of qualification from a Canadian provincial, territorial, or federal authority.
  • Education: No specific education requirement exists, but a completed high school or post-secondary degree boosts your Express Entry points. [4, 5, 6, 7, 8]

Eligible Trade Categories

The program targets specific groups classified under the National Occupational Classification (NOC): [9]
  • Major Group 72: Technical trades and transportation officers (excluding sub-major group 726, air transportation).
  • Major Group 73: General trades.
  • Major Group 82: Supervisors in natural resources, agriculture, and related production.
  • Major Group 92: Processing, manufacturing, and utilities supervisors, and utilities operators.
  • Minor Group 6320: Cooks, butchers, and bakers.
  • Sub-Major Group 932: Specialized workers in processing and manufacturing. [10, 11, 12, 13, 14]

Key Processing Facts

  • Application Method: Electronic application through the Express Entry pool.
  • Selection Basis: Candidates are ranked using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS).
  • Settlement Funds: You must prove you have enough money to support yourself and your family in Canada, unless you are currently authorized to work in Canada or have a valid job offer. [15, 16, 17, 18, 19]
To help narrow down your options, tell me your specific trade or NOC code, your current language scores, and whether you have a Canadian job offer. I can check your eligibility and estimate your points.

Opposite of Denmark:

In Denmark you must have 3,5 years continuous work experience, full time, before you apply for a citizenship.

In Denmark, being bias regarding who you hired, is a national proudness... they say, it does not exist... but every social circle, and every profession have those biases.

You would think, everything is controlled by people,w hpo have 3-4 generations of Danish citizens.
Some jobs are controlled by people, who were other citizens in their life. I will not give examples here.
So if you come from that nation, than it is an easier way to get a job and settle down in Denmark.

The 21st century is about diversity, but being divers is not a help.

I spent 11 years in Denmark to break through the glass ceiling in my very diverse family background.

What do I mean?

In the 20th century after the WWII more people tried to solve the hate feelings, by mixing up different nationalities and cultures. Creating new culture, just like a Fusion in Steal a Brainroot on Roblox.

I am a super mix.... So nobody feels, I belong to their social circle.
I spent 11 years to show my diversity. SO much time, that nowadays, diversity is a huge disadvantages.
Everyone is trying to go back to be clean and pour... Culturally nothing "dirty". What is "dirty" anything, that has nothing to do with the mainstream.
Being highly educated is a disadvantages.

I had to listen to courses, that you can a professor from China, but work as a postman in Denmark...
Or locals, who were born in the other side of the earth, but managed to settle down, made me understand , that everybody starts from the bottom....
