About the drinking culture in this video, I think it is very responsible and culturally high-quality.

I had to be in a situation in Hungary, when my table partner poured me far far far far far tooooo much alcohol... it was very disrespectful. The biggest problem is that this person was recommended to me in a highly trusted environment. So finally, I felt that the community also failed horribly. And the person who recommended that table partner to me, she was valued as garbage after that dinner!!!

What to say... the person who recommended me that very bad manner table partner... she ended up with a serious heart operation! And it took her months to recover...

Hungary still has much better drinking education, thanks to the University, where I studied, and they spent decades educating a huge number of people about how to drink wine and alcohol with much higher culture and respect.

In Denmark, I had to see that this kind of education is not there.... it is much, much, much worse....

How bad is it in Denmark?!?!?! Horror! I went out to a company party, and I nearly died! Literally!!!

About the chopsticks:

I really like to use them, and every time, I challenge myself to see how many different foods I can eat with them, and also different cuts.

It was very interesting for me to learn again about funerals and this tool.

I need to practice more about how to pick up and put down the chopsticks!

Here, I share some of my practices: I took these photos of my homework. Writing and photo credit @Melinda Erika Dothan
