Done! Section 3: Garlic and Mushroom spaghetti
輕鬆學烹飪 Easy-to-learn cooking
I was enrolled in this course on 03-05-2026. It was a free course that day.
I finished this module or Section. It was very good.
Finally, I chose to make the Hungarian version of the Mushroom Spaghetti.
Pictures are taken by me, Melinda Erika Dothan, on 06-05-2026. I cooked that food.
Why?
As a child, my grandmother made for my grandfather and me the Chinese version of Mushroom ragu, which we called Paprikas Gomba Porkolt. She also made me several times the Black Pepper version as well, which we called Borsos Gomba Porkolt.
My grandmother never ate mushrooms; she hated them.
But we used to grow Laska Gomba (Oyster Mushroom) in the basement in big 120-liter bags.
I loved the schnitzel from those mushrooms.
And of course, a lot of times, we had mushrooms with scrambled eggs for breakfast.
In 2006, we went to France to ski, and I taught 9-10 friends how to make the black pepper version of the gomba porkolt. The only problem was that I used far, far too much black pepper.
Finally, I did not use the milk in this cooking, but some people like to add it over the heavy cream...
