Hello.
While working as a pharmacist, I share information on medicinal cuisine and childcare from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
My own experiences with postpartum depression and being confused by medical treatment led me to begin studying TCM.
Through raising four children, I have come to realize the importance of building a healthy body without relying on medication, and I share knowledge that can be applied to daily life.
Illness doesn't come suddenly; it's the "result" of the accumulation of daily habits.
For example, drinking too much water or neglecting to address coldness can unknowingly put a strain on your body.
"Why did I get sick?"—Understanding what's happening inside your body allows you to understand the cause and develop preventative measures.
Let's learn what you can do before resorting to medication, and how to use medication wisely, to empower yourself and your family to protect your health.
We offer online courses on medicinal cuisine and traditional Chinese medicine parenting, connecting with people around the world and spreading a circle of health and smiles.
