Have you ever wondered why someone behaves the way they do? This course will help you understand the reasons behind their behavior and how to deal with them. It's presented in a life advice format.
Description
This course, presented in a life advice format and based on psychology, will answer questions such as:
* Why do people cheat?
* Why does that person, who we were so close to, suddenly start trying to assert dominance over me?
* Why do people cause online controversies?
(If you think about it, they commit a crime and then broadcast it to the world? Why do they do something with absolutely no benefit?)
* Why do domestic violence and neglect occur?
(If you think about it, they hurt their own family and get arrested. Why do they do something with absolutely no benefit?)
By watching until the end, you will gain a good understanding of the workings of the human mind based on psychology.
This free course is designed to be accessible to everyone, without delving into theories, and is presented in a fun, life advice format.
The theory is explained in other courses, so please take a look at those.
The Change Theory is a theory that integrates all the knowledge from psychology, philosophy, biology, etc.
You can learn it all at once.
The Change Theory is not a new application.
Therefore, instead of adding more apps, learning the Change Theory allows you to change your operating system.
What this means is that, despite the advancements in medicine and the various insights and theories that philosophers and psychologists have developed since before the Common Era, there are still many people suffering from mental illness in developed countries today.
Change believes this is because counseling techniques and knowledge have not been standardized.
Therefore, rather than creating a new theory, The Change was created with the idea of integrating, standardizing, and spreading existing knowledge.
This will be explained in a life counseling format by Takeshi Ogusu, representative of Private Mental Gym, and Change counselor Tomoya Katada.
Part 2 is also in a life counseling format and is available for free, so please check that out as well.

The Change is not a new application.
Therefore, instead of adding more apps, learning Change allows you to change your OS (operating system).
Change is working on "standardizing and establishing mental health as infrastructure."
What this means is that, despite advances in medicine and various psychological methods, there are still many people suffering from mental illness in developed countries.
Change believes this is because counseling techniques and knowledge are not standardized.
Therefore, The Change was created with the idea of integrating, standardizing, and expanding upon these elements.
The Change theory represents human nature through three axes:
* Fear and Trust
* Consumption and Production
* Personal and Social
And it consists of three theories:
1. The Unfake Theory
In MODULE 1, you can learn techniques to control fear by becoming aware of one of the three axes of human nature: "fear and trust."
* The work of consciousness is to give a "story"
* When you decide not to do something, you will find the cause
* Let's practice "breaking down the unfake"!
2. The Free-Rider Theory
By mastering techniques to suppress consumer impulses, you will be able to obtain the values you desire as you wish.・The Ecology of Homo sapiens
・The Absolute Principle in Human Groups: Equivalent Exchange
・The Three Main Strategies for Gaining Value in the Real Game of Life
・People are Surprisingly Unaware of Their Own True Feelings
3. Marking Theory
If you develop the ability to manipulate personal tendencies, you will understand areas where you can excel without any effort.
・Bringing Indicators Back to the OK Line = Marking
・People Tend to Waste Motivation
・Useful Marking = Social Success
We encourage you to explore Change Theory and use it to benefit yourself and those around you.
