2020 年に向け観光客のいっそうの増加が予想され、また国内外問わず、観光客の情報収集手段はデジタルが大きな割合を締めています。にも関わらず、日本の観光業においてはまだデジタルが十分に活用されていないのが現状です。

この講座では、「観光客と円滑なコミュニケーションをとろう」「観光客に自社のビジネスをオンラインでアピールしよう」という二つの視点で活用できるデジタル施策について学びます。無料のデジタルツールを活用し、言葉が通じなかったりローカル情報に詳しくなくても観光案内ができるようになること、また、自身のビジネスをインターネット上に掲載し、新たなお客様を獲得することを目指します。デジタルに馴染みがない方でもすぐに取り組めるよう、ステップを追ってご紹介します。

With a further increase in tourists expected in 2020, and with digital tools now accounting for a large proportion of information gathering by tourists both domestically and internationally, the Japanese tourism industry is still not fully utilizing digital technologies.


This course will teach you digital strategies that can be used from two perspectives: "to communicate smoothly with tourists" and "to promote your business to tourists online." The goal is to enable you to provide tourist information even if you don't speak the language or are unfamiliar with local information, using free digital tools, and to acquire new customers by listing your business online. We will guide you step-by-step so that even those unfamiliar with digital technology can get started immediately.

I made the food as well.  I purchased the products, like ingredients and tools, from several places, some of which are more than 22 years old, like my Swiss knife and pot, which I got from my grandmother. Some are from my kids' father, and some are from IKEA.  The foods are from Netto, Føtex, Lidl, Den Kinesiske Købmand Lyngby, and IKEA. The wooden spoon is from Københavns Museum, the gift shop.
