Kain Ramsay, founder of Achology and a former HMR Engineer, has been leveraging his expertise in business, community leadership, and strategic planning since 1996. After retiring from the military in 2005, he turned his focus to exploring the practical applications of modern psychology. During this time, I provided guidance and mentorship for individuals adjusting to their new civilian life, equipping them with effective psychological tools to navigate their new environments with greater wisdom.
He has led self-improvement workshops across Scotland and the UK, sharing strategies and insights to foster personal growth and productivity. Kain's extensive experience in mentorship, group training and keynote speaking has informed his teaching style, focusing on practical psychology and the insights that lead to personal growth.
