Biography

I help grassroots coaches run simple, effective football training sessions.

For the past 10 years, I’ve focused on supporting parents, volunteers, and amateur coaches who want practical ideas they can use immediately with their teams.

Many grassroots coaches are passionate about helping young players — but they often lack time to plan sessions. My goal is to remove that problem by providing clear, ready-to-use coaching sessions and drills that keep players active, engaged, and improving.

I’m the author of 10 soccer coaching books, including the Coaching Kids Soccer series and the Soccer Rondos series. My coaching approach focuses on simple structures, small-sided games, and high player involvement, helping players develop confidence, decision-making, and enjoyment of the game.

My courses are designed to give you practical tools you can apply immediately at your next training session.

What you can expect from my courses

• Practical drills and sessions used by grassroots teams
• Clear explanations designed for beginner and volunteer coaches
• Training ideas that maximise touches and reduce standing around
• Simple session structures you can run with minimal preparation

If you want engaging training sessions without complicated tactics, these courses will help you coach with confidence.
