Scandinavian Asia 1. food - I made a new version of the mapo tofu.
I made one of the dishes from a cooking course. I made it Scandinavian Asian. 輕鬆學烹飪 Easy-to-learn cooking I was enrolled in this course on 03-05-2026. It was a free course that day. I made a new version of the mapo tofu. Pictures are taken by me, Melinda Erika Dothan. I made the food as well. I purchased the products, like ingredients and tools, from several places, some of which are more than 22 years old, like my Swiss knife and pot, which I got from my grandmother. Some are from my kids' father, and some are from IKEA. The foods are from Netto, Føtex, Lidl, Den Kinesiske Købmand Lyngby, and IKEA. The wooden spoon is from Københavns Museum, the gift shop. It was very delicious! Some warnings! First of all, I have been trained since childhood to eat spicy foods. So if you are a beginner, do not use so much chilli, like me!
